Spring Consignment Sale

Our semi-annual consignment sale is held in both the fall and spring of each year.  Our sales help cover MOW's operational costs and raise money for our various community service endeavors, while providing the community with an inexpensive source of high quality, gently used children's items.

Holiday Familes

During the 2010 Holiday Season MOW was pleased to have the opportunity to sponsor two local families who were in need of some special holiday magic.  Members and their families donated new and gently used toys, clothes and gifts for Family A, and provided Christmas dinner and breakfast, along with additional pantry items for Family B.  We wish both of our families a warm and wonderful holiday season!
2011 Easter Egg Hunt/Spring Picnic

A beautiful afternoon at Crockett Park with good friends and great fun!

Mother/Daughter Tea

Mow mommies and their little ladies had a charming and elegant time at the fall Mother/Daughter tea at Pinkadilly Tea Room in Historic Downtown Fredricksburg.
2011 Trunk or Treat

Our annual Trunk or Treat event is always a lot of fun for both the kiddies AND the parents and this year was no exception!  With adorable costumes and creatively decorated trunks everyone had a great time and went home with lots of yummy treats!
2011 Warrenton Christmas Parade

MOW marched in this year's 25th anniversary 'Silver Memories' Warrenton Christmas Parade and handed out lollipops along the parade route.  It was a great opportunity to get involved in our community!

Congratulations to our parent organization, Women of Wonder for doing an amazing job organizing the parade!
2011 Families in need

This holiday season, MOW adopted two families through the Turning Points Domestic Violence Center.  Thanks to our members' donations we were able to meet the wish lists of seven small children and contributed over $200 to their families for groceries and other expenses!  Thank you all so much for your generosity!
2011 MOW Holiday Party

We had a great turnout for our annual Holiday party this year!  Held at the Warrenton Community Center once again, we had good food, great friends and even a visit from the man in red himself!  One of our members even generously donated her time and talent and took photos of each of the children with Santa!
